At Implant and Surgery House, we are currently icredentialed with various insurance providers including CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, Aetna, GEHA Connection Dental Network (Altus Dental, Ameritas Life Insurance Corp, DenteMax, Dominion National, Guardian Life Insurance Company of America, Humana Dental Insurance, NovaNet Inc., United Concordia, UnitedHealthcare/Dental), Cigna, Metlife.
Our experienced staff is here to help you maximize your insurance benefits. We recommend submitting a predetermination to your insurance provider to understand what portion of your treatment will be covered.
For your convenience, our team will complete and electronically submit your insurance forms after each visit. We’ll also provide any necessary documentation to support the processing of your claim.
